Positive: Wonderful property with beautiful view of the Matterhorn from the living room and balcony. It is centrally located and a short walk from the train station and the center of town. The kitchen was fully stocked with all utensils needed to prepare our meals and beds were very comfortable. Our family truly enjoyed our stay.
Negative: The only problem we detected was that the upper bedroom’s attached bathroom does not have very good ventilation so there is a musty smell coming from the bathroom. When the windows are open in the bedroom, the smell is minimal. It was a small annoyance and would not keep us from booking this unit again the next time we are visiting Zermatt.
Summary: Outstanding apartment with beautiful views. We will book again the next time we visit Zermatt.

Positive: This penthouse was stunning and amazing location! It was huge and all windows opened which we loved. Very safe and the views were outstanding!
Negative: The only negative (which really was out of the owners control) was the amount of construction being done literally in front, around and behind the penthouse. Probably bc it was off season so all construction was happening. Didn’t deter us from having an amazing experience.
Summary: This penthouse couldn’t have been better for our family of 4.my sons each had this own spacious room anda huge bathroom

Positive: Clean. Well stocked kitchen. Beautiful patio. Lots of space for group of 5.
Negative: Washer is NOT IN UNIT. Listing says it is available to unit, which is technically true. But one washer for 8 large units in the building was totally inadequate. It was constantly busy. We counted on doing laundry at this place (and booked it partially because the listing said it was there). Being unable to do so was a major inconvenience.
Summary: Great place. Just don’t count on having access to the washer.
